Who I am
Ramon Campos Coaching, based in Maastricht, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach me at hello@ramoncamposcoaching.com.
What I collect
Only what you choose to share: your name, email address, and the contents of the messages you send when booking or asking about coaching. Notes taken during coaching sessions are kept for the purpose of your coaching engagement only.
How I use it
To reply to your enquiry, schedule and deliver coaching sessions, and handle administration such as invoicing. I do not sell your data, and I do not use it to build advertising profiles or share it with advertising networks.
Legal basis
Under the GDPR, I process your data on the basis of your consent (enquiries) and the performance of a contract (coaching engagements), plus legal obligations such as tax record keeping.
Confidentiality
Anything you share in a coaching conversation is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where I am legally required to do so.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to paid coaching are kept for as long as required by Dutch tax law, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data at any time by emailing hello@ramoncamposcoaching.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and consent
This website only uses cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to make the site work, plus a small entry that remembers your cookie choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are placed unless you accept them in the consent banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link, or by clearing your browser storage. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and declining does not limit your use of the site.
Who else processes your data
To run the coaching practice I rely on a small number of service providers acting as processors or independent controllers: email and calendar hosting, video-call software used for online sessions, invoicing and accounting software, and website hosting. If you contact me through WhatsApp, Instagram, or LinkedIn, that conversation is also processed by the relevant platform under its own privacy policy. I only share what is needed and never sell your data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
Security
Your data is stored in access-controlled, password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication where available, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, but I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information and will inform you and the supervisory authority if a data breach is likely to affect your rights.
No automated decision-making
I do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
Coaching is offered to adults only. This website is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me personal data, email me and I will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be communicated to active clients by email.
